1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and CTT777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ctt777.cam and all associated services, products, games and promotional materials offered therein.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a game or otherwise accessing any part of the CTT777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and CTT777.

To register and maintain an Account on CTT777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's or license jurisdiction's applicable law — at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of CTT777 or its affiliates.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, coercion or undue influence.

CTT777 does not knowingly accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. CTT777 accepts no liability for any breach of local law by the User.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one Account on the CTT777 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases or through other persons — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid and active email address accessible only by you.
• Your date of birth confirming you meet the minimum age requirement.
• A secure password of your choosing — you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
• Any additional information requested during the KYC verification process.

You must notify CTT777 promptly if any of your registered details change. CTT777 shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your failure to update your account information in a timely manner.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

CTT777 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed at the time of transaction. Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for user familiarity only and do not imply any official partnership, endorsement or guarantee of availability. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.
• CTT777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly; in exceptional cases processing may take up to 24 hours.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. CTT777 reserves the right to request an alternative method where necessary.

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 business days, subject to verification status.
• CTT777 reserves the right to delay processing pending completion of anti-money-laundering checks.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the Account balance consists wholly or partially of uncleared bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

CTT777 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are published in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account simultaneously.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. CTT777 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino games and other wagering activities on the CTT777 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted at CTT777's absolute discretion. CTT777 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User unless an explicit cash-out option is offered and exercised within the permitted window.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live odds at the time of placement confirmation. Network delays may affect acceptance; CTT777 is not liable for connectivity issues on the User's end.
• Palpably erroneous odds — including odds resulting from human error, data feed malfunction or technical fault — may be voided by CTT777 at its discretion, and affected bets will be settled at the correct market price or refunded.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change.
• Results are determined by official sources. In cases of dispute, CTT777's decision, made in good faith using available evidence, shall be final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the CTT777 platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity, an alias or through another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or any KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting or gaming event.
• Colluding with other players, agents, employees or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Laundering money or using CTT777 to facilitate any financial crime in contravention of applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage; any such winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing or offensive conduct directed at CTT777 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

CTT777 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct — including money laundering and fraud — to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities without prior notice to the User.

9. Responsible Gambling

CTT777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. If it ceases to be so — if it causes financial stress, relationship problems or emotional harm — it is important to seek help immediately.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users directly within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits — restrict the duration of a single playing session.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum period as stated in the exclusion terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the CTT777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, data feeds, audio and video — is the exclusive property of CTT777 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the platform by automated means.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice.

Any unauthorised use of CTT777's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTT777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, CTT777 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits or revenue — whether direct or indirect — resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, data errors or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics or third-party data feeds.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Any losses incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms.
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

CTT777 makes the platform available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability without prior notice.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by CTT777: CTT777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity is detected or suspected.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account closure.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for cause, CTT777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are cleared and no breach is confirmed, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Termination by User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting CTT777 support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any withdrawal requests submitted. CTT777 will process eligible balances within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

CTT777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, CTT777 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. CTT777 maintains an archive of prior versions upon request.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. CTT777 does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and expressly does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for gambling-related matters.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game result, withdrawal or account decision, the following process applies:

1. First contact: Submit your complaint to CTT777 support via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details and any supporting evidence.
2. Internal review: CTT777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a reasoned written decision within 14 calendar days.
3. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with CTT777's decision, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under the operator's license terms.

CTT777's decisions on sports results, game outcomes and technical matters — made in good faith using available evidence — shall be final and binding unless overturned via the escalation process above.
